Morning from 2026
From coworking spaces to a complete workplace ecosystem
Morning provides spaces for people at work: coworking, private offices, meeting rooms and event venues, backed by an ecosystem of services from parking to gyms and cafés.
The website already performed well, with strong SEO traffic and active paid campaigns. But the company had grown faster than its site. New products, new services and new internal processes had left key journeys behind, with steps that could be automated or simplified.
In 2026, Morning partnered with Synqro to optimize the most critical journeys on its site. The work doubled the conversion rate, and continues today as a monthly partnership on new optimizations and journey redesigns.
Starting from the data
We began with an audit of Morning's data: traffic, conversion by journey, page performance. The goal was to find where the site was losing users, and which changes would have the most impact on the business.
Rethinking the journeys before the screens
Through UX workshops with the Morning team, we redesigned the critical journeys as wireframes. Each step was measured against the way Morning now sells and operates, before a single screen was designed.

Modernizing the design without breaking it
We then designed the new pages, modernizing the art direction while keeping its identity. Every new template had to sit naturally alongside the pages outside the scope, so the site still reads as one.
Building it together, week after week
Development ran through weekly sessions with the Morning team, in close collaboration. The partnership continues month after month, with new projects in optimization and journey redesign.
