Brand identity agency for B2B companies and consumer brands

LM Factory

In short

A brand earns its price before the first meeting or the first order. We design the positioning, the identity and the website that carry it, as one piece of work.

Synqro is a brand identity agency for B2B companies and consumer brands. One team defines the positioning and messaging, designs the visual identity, then rolls it out on a Webflow website and the assets buyers actually see. Clients range from SaaS and AI consulting firms to Parhel, a Paris eyewear brand, and LM Factory, a high-end motorcycle equipment maker. Since 2019, Synqro has delivered 150+ projects and earned 3 Awwwards honorable mentions.

We partnered with over 150 companies

Point of view

A brand is judged before the first meeting or the first order, in places where nobody from your team is present. We design for those moments, not for the launch post.

Buying committees meet you in fragments: a pricing page, a forwarded deck, a proposal read late in the evening. Consumers meet you on a product page, a package or a post seen twice. Your brand has to hold on its own there, so we treat rollout as part of the brand itself.

Challenge

Three signs you need a rebranding agency, not a new logo

  1. A shared drive listing four versions of the same sales deck in one week, with no approved master

01 Sales rebuilds the deck before every important meeting.

When reps rewrite slides, paste homepage copy into emails or apologize for the website, the brand has stopped doing its job. They are compensating for a positioning nobody wrote down. Every rewrite costs selling time and produces a slightly different version of your company.

  2. A vendor shortlist where your company, priced between two competitors, is flagged as looking smaller

02 Your pricing moved upmarket, your brand stayed at seed stage.

You now sell to procurement teams and boards, or to customers who pay a premium price, yet the identity still reads like your first year. Buyers discount what looks small. On a shortlist of three vendors or three open browser tabs, the brand that looks least established works hardest to defend its price.

  3. An AI assistant describing your company as a small startup, based on an outdated press article

03 The market describes you in someone else’s words.

Prospects compare you to vendors you outgrew. New hires explain the company differently after a month. ChatGPT and Perplexity summarize you with vague or outdated language. When the market cannot repeat your positioning, it fills the gap with whatever is easiest to say.

Client words

Koïno
Maxence MorinCo-founder, Koïno (Google review, translated)

“We worked with Synqro on the full redesign of our website. The project was ambitious, on substance and on form. The result is there.”

How we work

From brand strategy to launch: how a rebrand runs

Clarify, create, activate. The same method on every project, with review dates fixed before kickoff.

  1. A team member pointing at figures on a laptop during a workshop

    01 Audit and interviews

We review your market, competitors, website and recorded sales calls, then interview founders, sales and a few customers. The goal is simple: find what buyers actually value, and the words they use to describe it.

  2. A brand platform document: positioning, promise, proof points and messaging by buyer role

    02 Brand platform

Positioning, promise, proof points and messaging by buyer role, written in plain words. Leadership validates the platform and sales reviews it before a single visual is drawn. This is the step most agencies compress.

  3. An identity system: primary typeface, color palette, logo, grid, icons and motion

    03 Identity system

Two creative directions, one chosen with you, then refined into a full system: logo, type, color, graphics and motion principles. Each direction is tested on real pages and documents, not only on a presentation board.

  4. A launch plan listing every touchpoint that goes live on the same date

    04 Rollout and launch

Guidelines, sales deck, templates and the Webflow website, launched on the same date. Your team is trained to apply the brand to new assets without us. A post-launch review is part of the project.

Context

Why brand strategy comes before brand identity design

Nobody rejects a brand because of its logo. Buyers reject vendors they cannot explain to their boss, and shoppers leave brands that cannot say why they cost more. Strategy fixes that.

A buying committee reads your brand in pieces. A CFO skims the pricing page, an IT lead checks the security section, a VP of sales sits through the demo. Each of them needs the same story in different words. That is what a B2B brand strategy produces: one positioning, a few proof points that survive scrutiny, and messaging adapted to each role in the deal.

Brand identity design then does its real job. Typography that stays readable in a dense comparison table. A color system that works on dashboards and product screenshots, not only on a hero image. A graphic language a sales rep can apply to a proposal without calling a designer. Considered choices, made for the formats where deals are actually decided.

This is also why we are selective about scope. We do not start identity work before the platform is validated, and we do not ship guidelines without the templates your team will use the following Monday.

Choosing

How to choose a brand identity agency or B2B branding agency

Award lists rank agencies on visuals. A brand that has to win deals needs a different shortlist. Five questions we would ask in your place.

  • Do they start with strategy?

A new logo on an unclear offer changes nothing in the pipeline. Ask what happens in the first weeks. If the answer is moodboards, the agency is designing before it understands what you sell.

  • Do they know how your customers buy?

Ask for references that sell the way you do. Ours include SaaS, AI consulting, architecture and industrial tech, where buying committees set the pace, and consumer brands such as Parhel, LM Factory and Garden Reclaimer, where a product page does the selling. Same rigor, different constraints.

  • Who builds the website?

Rebrands often break at the handoff between the brand studio and the web agency. At Synqro, the team that designs the identity also builds the Webflow site, as a Webflow Premium Partner, the highest tier of the program.

  • Will your sales team use what they deliver?

Ask to see decks, one-pagers and templates built from past identities. That is where buyers meet your brand most often, long after the launch post is forgotten.

  • Is the scope fixed before kickoff?

You should receive one scoping document, one calendar and one price before work starts. Open-ended creative exploration is how brand budgets drift, and it is the first thing we rule out.

Let’s talk

Pitfalls

Six rebranding mistakes we see again and again

  • Starting with the logo

The logo is the most visible part of a brand and the least useful place to start. Without a validated positioning, every design review becomes a debate about taste instead of a decision about the market.

  • Designing for the launch post

An identity judged on a hero banner often collapses on a pricing table or a proposal. Test the system on the unglamorous formats your buyers read during evaluation.

  • Leaving sales out of the room

Sales hears objections every day. A rebrand that ignores those conversations produces messaging that sounds right in a workshop and falls flat on a discovery call.

  • Splitting brand and website between suppliers

When a brand studio hands a PDF to a web agency, nuance gets lost. Spacing, motion and hierarchy are reinterpreted, and the site ends up a distant cousin of the identity.

  • Changing everything at once

Customers already recognize some of your assets. A good rebranding agency audits what still works and keeps it. Recognition you already paid for should not be discarded for novelty.

  • Forgetting search and AI visibility

A new site structure can erase years of rankings, and an inconsistent brand description confuses ChatGPT and Perplexity. Redirects, structured data and a stable entity description belong in the rebrand plan.

Is it a fit?

Is a rebrand the right move this year?

A fit if

Your product has moved upmarket but your brand still looks like an early-stage startup.

You are raising, entering a new market or changing your offer.

Your sales team rebuilds its decks because the brand does not help them sell.

Not a fit if

You only need a logo, delivered in a couple of weeks.

Leadership is not ready to change how the company presents itself.

Brand identity agency FAQ

A brand identity agency usually prices by scope, and we quote ours after a scoping call. Our projects range from €3,000 to €20,000 excluding VAT, depending mostly on the share of brand strategy and design, whether the identity needs a full redesign, and the website to build. Beyond the project, our yearly retainer ranges from $25,000 to $100,000, with our team acting as your outsourced tech, design and marketing team. You receive one fixed price and one calendar before kickoff, so the budget does not drift during creative rounds.
