Lumera from 2025
From Chinese brands to European households
Lumera is an influence agency that helps brands from abroad, mostly from China, enter the European market. It works with content creators in educational niches such as smart home, who explain products as much as they promote them.
In Chinese business culture, the website is often on screen during sales meetings, and it had become Lumera's main sales tool. Yet its image no longer matched the scale of the campaigns it ran, and the agency had never invested in acquisition.
Lumera partnered with Synqro to modernize its brand, build a multilingual website and open a new acquisition channel through SEO and GEO. Over the past year, the agency has grown by 70%.

Light as a signature
We reworked the logo and modernized the Lumera brand around the idea already inside its name: light. Rays of light became the creative concept of the art direction, a modern and dynamic signature that fits a young team and runs through the site and every campaign it showcases.
We then helped the team extend the new identity across its communication materials, so the brand shines the same way everywhere.

People first
Lumera's business rests on trust, between brands, creators and the agency. So the art direction puts real people forward: the team, the creators and the moments they share, set in an elegant serif, Season Mix, and warm light.
The About page follows the same idea. It tells the agency's story, introduces the team behind each campaign and states the values that shape how Lumera works with brands.

One site, two audiences
We designed and developed the entire site with a creative approach that stays simple to use, putting Lumera's campaigns and creators at the center.
The challenge was to speak to two audiences at once: the brands Lumera brings to Europe, and the content creators it needs to keep growing its network. Each finds its own reasons to reach out.
Every page is built on scalable, reusable components, and the site stays fast despite its many videos and animations.

Creators at the center
Creators are both Lumera's offer and its network. Each one has a card showing their niche and audience, and brands can browse the roster by category before reaching out.
The site also shows where Lumera operates, from France to the rest of Europe, so a brand arriving from China quickly understands which markets it can reach.

One identity, every channel
Beyond the site, we designed the templates the team uses every day: email signatures, Instagram posts and stories, and carousels to recruit new creators.
Lumera can now publish on its own while keeping the same light across every touchpoint, from a sales meeting to a social feed.

Built for three languages
Lumera works between China and Europe, so the site does too. We built it in Chinese, English and French, and set up an SEO and GEO strategy: the right positioning for each market, more than 150 keywords with strong organic potential, and a six-month content plan.
For the first time, the website works as an acquisition channel, not just a showcase. Within weeks of launch, Lumera received its first leads from SEO and GEO.
