Soluxan from 2026
The ESN that talents and clients both choose
Soluxan is an ESN founded in Lyon in 2017. Its 250 consultants work in IT and industry on long-term missions with mid-sized companies and large accounts, from four agencies in Lyon, Paris, Lille and Nantes.
Its difference lies in how it treats its people, and it has the recognition to show for it: second place in the Best Workplaces France ranking. Yet its brand no longer reflected that energy. Soluxan needed a more corporate stance without losing what makes it lively, and a site able to win over two audiences at once: the clients who hire its consultants and the talents who become them.
Soluxan partnered with Synqro to build a new brand identity, structure its site and SEO strategy, and connect a job board to its HR process. In 2025, the group grew by 16% to €23.5M in revenue.

Corporate, never dull
We created a new art direction and brand identity for Soluxan. The brief was a balance: a corporate stance that reassures large accounts, without the stiffness that usually comes with it. A structured layout, a vivid accent color and real photography give the brand the rhythm of a young, fast-growing team.
The identity runs through every page of the site, from the expertise pages to the careers section.

People first
Wellbeing at work is Soluxan's strongest argument, for clients as much as for candidates: 97% of its employees say it is a great place to work. So the site lets its people speak: consultants on mission, the team at its events, their own words in testimonials and videos.
Values, figures and awards are shown as proof rather than slogans, so the difference is visible at first glance.

One site, two audiences
Clients come looking for expertise, candidates for a place to grow. We structured the site and its SEO strategy around both: fifteen expertise pages across IT and industry for one, a careers path for the other.
We designed and developed the entire site in Webflow. Its job board is connected directly to Soluxan's HR process, so open positions go online straight from the recruiting workflow.
